Hello and welcome to the recruitment area of Paul Lavery Support Ltd.

We are a small agency that supplies high quality and passionate mentors who provide bespoke and organic support and mentoring to vulnerable young people and their families.

Before moving forward with your application, please make sure you will be able to meet the following criteria:

You will need –

  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (a service we can provide for an additional cost)
  • 1+ years experience in the following fields: CLA / Mentoring / Social Care / Counselling / SEND / SEMH / Mental Health / Youth Justice
  • Comprehensive Employment history explaining any career gaps
  • 2 Professional referees including your last employer
  • Current Safeguarding, Health & Safety and First Aid Certificates (if you do not have these, we can recommend an online training provider)

*If you require a DBS, one can be arranged at an additional cost. Please contact Paul Lavery Support Ltd for a list of approved documents required.
